Marc Marquez memiliki peluang besar meraih gelar juara dunia ketujuh pada musim ini.
Andai betul terjadi, maka hal itu akan membuat pebalap berkebangsaan Spanyol tersebut hanya terpaut dua gelar juara dunia dari Rossi.
